Overland Trails: 15 Lots Sold in 3 Years.

In 2023, Rob Graham and Ben Trautwein, co-owners of The Graham Group, recognized an opportunity at Overland Trails Business Park, a 15-lot light industrial site near the interstate interchange. With its strategic location and zoning, they saw the potential to support the influx of businesses coming to Cheyenne. They assisted a local investment group in acquiring the property and became dedicated to making sure each lot found the right fit for the park and the community.

Over the next three years, The Graham Group sold all 15 lots to businesses building their own facilities, developers constructing for future tenants, and investors betting on Cheyenne’s continued growth.

Each conversation, decision, and relationship reflected the same principle that guided the original purchase: not making quick sales, but making the right sales for the park and for Cheyenne.

Today, businesses including Northrop Grumman, Saia Trucking, Lamar Advertising, Interstate Power Systems, and Novus Glass have established operations at Overland Trails. New warehouses continue to rise.

For the local economy, the result is straightforward: new development, expanded businesses, jobs, and tax revenue. For The Graham Group, this represents something bigger: a deep commitment to Cheyenne and its growth.

That’s the Cowboy Way: integrity, grit, and true investment in Cheyenne.
