The Graham Group was founded on decades of experience, mentorship, and a deep commitment to Wyoming’s growth. Its roots trace back to 1976, when Brad Graham began his real estate career in his hometown of Thermopolis, Wyoming. At the time, there were only three agents in town—one of them being Brad’s brother. Brad later moved to Riverton in 1986 and then Rawlins to open his own offices, always focused on serving Wyoming communities. In 1988, he joined his brother in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he expanded into commercial real estate. That experience proved invaluable when, years later, a former partner invited Brad to help bring commercial real estate to Cheyenne. Brad returned to Wyoming in 2008, ready to help shape the capital city’s future. Once in Cheyenne, Brad immersed himself in the local landscape—meeting with city planners, officials, and community leaders to stay ahead of development trends. His insight and connections positioned him as a key player in the city’s growth. As his business grew, Brad began mentoring Ben, a rising talent in commercial real estate. The two shared a vision for Cheyenne’s future, and with the support of Coldwell Banker Property Exchange, they gained access to national resources and training. When naming the company, Ben suggested The Graham Group—a tribute to Brad’s mentorship and to Brad’s son, Rob, who had recently joined the team. Now, under the leadership of Ben and Rob, The Graham Group has grown into the most successful team of six members with plans to continue expanding. Ben’s early mentorship of Rob has evolved into a strong partnership, and together, they’ve built a dynamic, forward-thinking team that’s redefining excellence in Wyoming real estate. Their continued focus on growth, collaboration, and community impact is what sets The Graham Group apart—and ensures that Brad’s legacy carries on through every transaction, relationship, and milestone to come.
